Our sales team will then contact you to verify your information and finalize your registration.
All products in Creative Converting's catalogs are available for purchase, except for those that are unauthorized. These unauthorized products will not be available for purchase on our website.
Conver Party has made a significant selection from the entire Creative Converting catalog, which will be available for delivery within 24-48 hours, subject to stock shortages. Any other products not currently in stock can be ordered, and we will provide an approximate delivery date.
We will be adding new product lines and items to our permanent stock daily.
Products that are in stock will be delivered to the customer within 24-48 business hours. Products that are not in stock will be indicated in the shopping cart.
Payments will always be made via bank transfer, and you will receive our bank details by email.
After a certain period, and provided the bank approves the transfer, we can begin processing payments within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to a credit limit per client.
No, we don't sell to individuals. Conver Party is strictly a B2B supplier, meaning business-to-business.
After completing the registration process, you can place all your orders online, adding items one by one directly from the website, or quickly using our express order form, where you only need to enter the product references.
And as a new feature, you can download an Excel spreadsheet to add your items and then import them directly to the website.
The minimum order value is 300€, not including shipping and IVA for its calculation.
All purchases over 400€, excluding shipping and taxes, will have free shipping within mainland Spain only.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will not have free shipping.
For us, all customers are a priority. That's why we've created a tiered discount system, which we'll detail below:
- Orders over 500€: 5% discount.
- Orders up to 1,000€: 10% discount.
- Orders up to 2,000€: 15% discount.
- Orders over 2,000€: 20% discount.
Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
